Michelle is a Toronto-based social worker, advocate & educator, working within the mental health & developmental services sectors for fifteen years. Michelle has a passion for the prevention of abuse, criminalization and exploitation of people with developmental and intellectual disabilities through the facilitation of clinical practice, and workshops, groups and educational initiatives for clients, students, and clinicians. Michelle is working to bridge the gap between the developmental and mental sectors, but providing shared language, knowledge and resources.
